Happy 2014

Here is wishing you a Happy 2014.

Our smiles speak volumes in this photo. This is me and Mr. Aguila, ringing in the new year at my brother's house.

We had a very intimate new years eve. It was my mom, my brother, my sister in law and two of my nephews (the oldest was with his momma) plus me and the Mister.  We ate and played UNO, Poker, Loteria (Mexican bingo) and Toma Todo (another Mexican game) and laughed like never before.  We really had such a great time.
2013 was a good year.  I think I mentioned on here that God did a miracle and answered our years of praying for my brother.  He is now living healthy and clean and enjoying life.  This has been such a blessing to us and I know that 2014 is going to be even greater.

I pray that 2014 bring you true happiness, exceeding joy, abundant blessings, extreme freedom, excessive love, fulfilled dreams and desires plus answered prayers.

I wanted to share my New Year's Eve outfit with you but I didn't get full photos of the outfit but this is what I wore only that I wore a different Avon necklace.
The cardigan is from WHITE OWL BOUTIQUE
On my feet were these lovely wine color shoes (I have featured them before) that "happen" to match with my new Coach bag.
On my lips was this lovely Avon Lipstick, Oxford Wine that I have also shared on here before.

I know I am late on this but I also want to do a post about my Christmas outfit and my New Year's Day Outfit. I think I will just do it.

Thanks for stopping by and taking a read and please share with me how your New Year's Eve was spent. I'd love to hear.

November Birthday

Hey Hey Treasures, so last week my Mother in Love had a birthday and so her children planned a very nice intimate dinner.

I have to brag on my Mother in Love and say that she is such a blessing. First of all, I have her to thank for my amazing husband. She raised a fine young man.  He is a hard worker and surely knows how to treat a lady.  Also I have to thank her for being a prayer warrior.  She always prayed for God fearing men and women for her children.  She is a great example of serving God and having a healthy praying and fasting discipline. Gracias Carmela y feliz cumpleaƱos.

We had a great time celebrating the life of this woman of God. There was picture taking MUCH. I asked Mr. Aguila if I can share some and he agreed.

As you can tell Mr. Aguila comes from a big but close knit family. My mother in love has eight children in total and lots of lovely grandchildren and of course her in loves (We're her bonus).  I believe they said 3 were missing from our family picture.

Since I was actually dolled up and ready, I took advantage and had Mr. Aguila take me some pictures.  I had ordered this blouse last month from Sugar Love Boutique and I have worn it before but didn't take clear pictures of it.  So I had Mr. Aguila take a few shots of me with his Nokia Lumia 1020 Camera phone. (all these photos were taken with his camera phone and no filters or photo shopping used)

Blue Stripes

Hey Treasures, How is everyone doing???

I wanted to share another Outfit post with you beautiful treasures.  Tomorrow , 9/24 is my GIG (Girlfriend In GOD)'s birthday so on Saturday we all went out to dinner at Boiling Crab.  Have you been there?

It was a nice fall day and evening so I took advantage and busted out my jacket and my boots and the COLOR is Blue!!
We had a really good time at dinner, peeling shrimp and grubbing. The shrimp had the head and all. I tried not to focus on it but I was a little freaked out, just A LITTLE!
It was our first time at this place and we were so not prepared.  Mr. Aguila wore a white shirt.
Thankfully they give us these cute bibs. You can't really see from these pics but Mr. Aguila was holding onto the creepy head of a shrimp!! (EWWWWW)

So this was suppose to be an outfit post right?

Here are some pics that Mr. Aguila took of me and my outfit.  We took a lot of pics AGAIN but I won't bore you all with too many.
Mr. Aguila has me posing all different kind of ways because I am so picky.  It takes a million shots only to pick a few to share.
I also took some selfies trying to capture my make up but it was already night time so that didn't go to well but I will share anyway.

And lastly my EOTD.
I used one of the many AVON eye shadow quads I rediscovered a couple weeks ago. I thought this one perfect to kick off the Fall season.  This is the pallet that I discovered a MAC dupe in also.
For my outfit:
Jeans are Levi's
Jacket is A.N.A. from JCPenney
Shirt from a local store
Boots picked up at the mall last boot season, which means I need boots for this season. (They are Bamboo brand)

So tell me do you wear stripes? Like Levi's? Shop JCPenney? Own anything from Avon? How many boots do you have? I'd love to hear from you.

The Colorful Skirt

Hey Treasures!!!!

I have another outfit post!! Say what??

So as Life as Mrs. Aguila,  I have been blessed to marry into a family who loves Jesus. My family in love has a Spanish church in the heart of East Los Angeles.  They are doing an amazing work for God there and God always uses my mother in love to pull on me.

Every other Monday, they have "Dia De Las Damas" which means "Ladies Day". On this day the ladies of the congregation, direct the service. They also get to go up and each lady shares a scripture that the Lord impresses on them or that they want to share.  They also share testimonies or give praise reports and then usually they will have a lady minister.  This is probably my 5th time as a guest speaker for their church.  It is always a blessing for me.

I wanted to share what I wore (Mr. Aguila was taking the pics)...
As I was rushing to get ready, both me and Mr. Aguila just getting home from work, he chose my outfit.  He did really well I'd say.
Even though I am no where near my goal weight and haven't been doing really well as far as exercising and eating, my clothes are really fitting me big.  I bought this skirt from New York & Company, which I love to shop from, awhile back but had never worn it and now it was a little big. I didn't mind because I was going to church.
Be sure to stop by the blog tomorrow for my FOTD and on Thursday to read the message I shared and what God has been speaking to me and showing me and working on in me ALSO make sure to enter for a chance to win some fabulous prizes from three different giveaways I am a part of.

Of course you know I have to show you the shoes from Mrs. Aguila's collection that made an appearance.
And here you have it, what I wore to church.
Blouse:  Worthington from JCPENNEY
Skirt:  New York & Company
Shoes:  Andrea Shoe Catalog
